Often Suspected of Anime, 4 This Animation Series Is Not Made in Japan
Every time I hear the words anime or manga , what is on everyone's head must be something that has something to do with Japan , even though the two words are actually a term for animated and comic series in general. It's not unusual, because many people say that the country of the samurai is the best maker of anime and manga in the world, even anoboy tokyo ghoul when cartoons on American television look like anime, not a few people think of it as an anime.
It's actually very easy to show the typical characteristics of the anime , but to become an anime , the series must be made in Japan. The titles below appear to be influenced by the anime style , but who would have thought it was an American-made animation series and many fans had been fooled by it.
Avatar: The Last Airbender
Aired from 2005 to 2008 ago, Avatar: The Last Airbender is still one of the most watched American animated series in the history of Nickelodeon, a cable TV network specifically for children's and preteen shows. The Avatar Series shows a lot of mythology, philosophy, religion, martial arts, and culture from Asian countries such as Japan, China, Mogolia, Korea, Tibet and India to create a fictional world, so it's not strange that many consider it an artificial anime sakura country.
Avatar: Legend of Korra
The Legend of Korra , originally titled The Last Airbender: Legend Korra is the sequel to the animated series Avatar: The Last Airbender . Just like before, this television animated series was also made in America which was released first at Nicklodeon in 2012.
Teen Titans
Having an anime style , Teen Titans turned out to be an American superhero animated series created by Glen Murakami , a Japanese-American director. The story was taken from DC Comics entitled New Teen Titans by Marv Wolfman and George Perez which was launched in the early 1980s.
Samurai Jack
Raising the story of Jack, an unnamed Japanese samurai who was sent to a dystopian period ruled by a demon impersonator to take over the world, not many thought that the Samurai Jack was an American animated series. Samurai Jack's adventure action was made by animator Genndy Tartakovsky for Cartoon Network and aired on August 10, 2001 until it ended in 2004 ago.
